What is the drying time

I do that alot. Even if im like at somebody house and thier tp is like just regular on the toylet paper holder. So i go in and do that in thier house in the bathroom. Do when they go ti bathroom next time, they be what happen to my tp. But i think its cute. This how i do mines too

Your still putting the dirty mop head in the clean water and that defeats the purpose.
